This is a service which identifies the customer HLR (Home Location Register) which identifies the location address of the SIM at any given point in time on any operator. This solution can be used to identify the customer’s network in run time and reduce the number of failures of delivery of messages significantly. A more efficient and cost effective process flow is with the implementation of the MNP check in combination with DLR.
